This is the Mary V. Pumphrey Memorial Scholarship offered by The Calico Cut-Ups Quilt Guild of Bella Vista, AR. It is offered to applicants who are committed to obtaining a degree or certification in Textile/Fiber Arts.This can include costume design, apparel design & construction, or art or interior design majors with a focus on textiles.
- Applicants may be graduating high school seniors, students completing an accredited home school program, students who are currently in college, or re-entering college who live in Benton County, Arkansas
- It is also offered to any family member who is a relative of an active member of The Calico Cut Ups Quilt Guild of Bella Vista, AR regardless of where they live as long as they attend a program in the United States.
- Current active members of the guild may also apply if they would like to further their education or skill set and become certified in an area of Textile Arts. eg: Quilt Appraiser, or teaching a specialized Quilt Technique.
